Founded in 2002 by husband and wife team Andrew Bone and Chris Sutton, New Directions is proud to receive a '3 star' excellent rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in 2008/09 and again in 2009/10. With over 20 years combined experience, Andrew and Chris are passionate about making a positive difference to peoples lives. This is the key to their success.

Today the team has grown to be 80 dedicated and hard working team members who operate as part of a wider network within the Enfield and North London community. Big enough to handle any situation but small enough to care about every individual, New Directions offer a flexible service to ensure services users, their carers and staff are respected and well looked after.

To ensure all systems and care packages operate smoothly, New Directions use the award winning CM2000 electronic staff monitoring system. This enables us to ensure you receive support at the agreed time.
