Our Carers

New Directions is CM2000 registered. This means that every carer is fully trained and professionally qualified and using the latest technology can be monitored so that service users and their families can be sure that exactly the right kind of care is being provided when it is needed most.

This includes the vital and essential skills that are required when caring for people with disabilities and the elderly, such as personal care, food preparation, domestic assistance, manual handling techniques, challenging behaviour, risk assessment, health and safety, first aid, epilepsy, autism and its implications for individuals.
