Joyce Hilton - Challenging Behaviour Specialist/ Trainer

Joyce is a qualified Senior Learning Disabilities Nurse. Joyce specialises in challenging behaviour, epilepsy, behavioural management and dementia. The scope of her work covers learning disabilities, mental health, acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, elders and EMI. Joyce undertakes detailed observation of service users/staff interactions, creating individualised support programme and training plans for our staff around the service users needs using the PCP approach and training/observation of staff in working with particular clients.
